Novecore selectively directs users' upload and websocket traffic to this network if it determines the user's ISP has routing deficiencies, such as packet loss or unusually high latencies, to Cloudflare and Novecore's other network service providers. While the vast majority of networks should not be seeing any traffic to or from this ASN, we recommend every eyeball ISP to peer with it as a precautionary measure so a direct connection to your network is available when needed. Even if your routing is normally excellent, temporary issues can always occur, which our system will automatically pick up and attempt to fix through re-routing.
